Within 24 hours of payment, and typically same day or next morning. If we ever miss 24 hours, you get $5 back — no need to chase us for it.

How does the $5 first-order discount work?

First-time customers get $5 off any first order over $35. Tick “This is my first order” in the order form and it's taken off your total before you pay. It stacks with free delivery at $35+.

Why is there no tax?

We're a small local seller — prices are final, with no tax added at checkout. The total you see is the total you pay.

How do I pay?

By card — including Apple Pay and Google Pay — through a secure payment link, or by Interac e-transfer. We don't take cash on delivery, and never ask for card numbers in messages.

What if an item sells out?

We buy in small batches, so when it's gone, it's gone. If something in your order just sold out, we'll message you before taking payment — you can swap it or drop it.
